Elevated Seasons was brought in to design and install a custom low-voltage LED lighting system that would highlight the property’s key features — including a central gazebo, mature specimen trees, entry arbor, and outdoor entertainment pavilion — while maintaining a cohesive and elegant aesthetic throughout the grounds.
The goal: create a visually captivating estate experience with layered lighting, focal highlights, and seamless nighttime usability.

Site Evaluation & Lighting Design Strategy
During the site walkthrough, several high-impact opportunities were identified:
- Central Gazebo Enhancement
The gazebo was treated as a primary focal structure, using warm architectural lighting to softly illuminate the interior and emphasize its shape and detailing without glare.
- Mature Tree Feature Lighting
Large existing trees were transformed into statement pieces using wrapped lighting and suspended illuminated spheres, creating depth, texture, and a layered visual effect visible from multiple areas of the property.
- Entry Arbor & Driveway Experience
The front arbor and fencing were enhanced with integrated lighting to create a welcoming, clearly defined entry point, improving both aesthetics and nighttime navigation.
- Outdoor Pavilion & Entertainment Area
The pergola structure was fitted with clean linear LED lighting, providing functional illumination while maintaining a modern, refined look for gatherings and outdoor use.
- Layered Ambient Accents
Decorative orb lighting and subtle ground-level illumination were incorporated to soften transitions and unify the entire landscape design.
