Service details, pricing, and scope of work will be defined in a separate Service Agreement, Proposal, or Estimate provided to the customer.
Elevated Seasons reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.
4. Estimates and Contracts
All project estimates are:
- Valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
- Subject to change if project scope changes
- Based on site conditions known at the time of estimate
A project may require a signed service agreement or deposit before work begins.
5. Payment Terms

- Identify underground utilities, irrigation systems, or hazards when known
- Obtain any required HOA approvals when applicable
Elevated Seasons is not responsible for damage resulting from undisclosed property conditions
or obstacles.
8. Warranties and Workmanship
Elevated Seasons may provide warranties for certain installations or products.
Warranty details will be provided in writing where applicable.
Warranty does not cover:
- Damage from misuse, neglect, or natural events
